Vidyalaya level induction training programme for all newly recruited teachers has been conducted by Principal Shri Mudit Bajpai in the month of January/February 2024 with the help of experienced teachers of the Vidyalaya to instill the organizational ethics among the inducted workforce.

The following points has been covered by the trainers while conducting the in-house training programme-

• Know your organization- the genesis and organizational structure of KVS, its unique features.
• Governing rules of KVS- Education Code, Accounts Code.
• KVS admission guidelines with a special focus on RTE Act 2009.
• NEP 2020- an overview on salient features and its implementation in KVS.
• NCF 2022 (Primary Education) and NCF 2023 (Secondary Education)- Salient features.
• NIPUN/FLN guidelines- creating print-rich environment and practicing modern pedagogies.
• Teachers’ Diary- a resource file for professional growth of the teacher.
• Competency based teaching ensuring learning outcomes as desired by NCERT.
• Class management skills, establishing good rapport with the stakeholders, working as a team, acquiring digital skills.
• Specific Service Rules- Leave rules, CCS (conduct rules), Code of conduct etc.

The training sessions has been conducted for at least 2 hours each on the above modules. The time spent by the teachers on training has been calculated for completion of mandatory CPD (50 hours) for them.
